Musical greats such as Johan Helmich Roman and Olof Åhlström introduced Swedish audiences to music from Europe, and intercultural exchanges proved crucial for musical developments in Sweden and Europe.

Dan Laurin is one of the world's most celebrated recorder players. His distinctive tonal awareness and his stage presence have brought him global fame. His extensive repertoire ranges from mediaeval dances with Balkan-inspired improvisation, via the polished finesse of the high baroque, to today's demanding intellectual music where free jazz meets composed art music.

Anna Paradiso Laurin been described as "one of the world's leading contemporary harpsichord players" (MusicWeb International, UK). She has performed concerts throughout Europe, and in the US, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Lebanon. Anna has created many recordings for the international label BIS, on the harpsichord, clavichord, fortepiano and modern piano, both as a soloist and as a chamber musician.
